Where is my tracking number?

When tracking is added to your shipment, you can find it on your order status page. Check your shipping confirmation email for the link.

Why hasn't tracking updated?

A tracking number may appear before the carrier posts its first update. Check the tracking link again for the latest information available from the carrier.

My order has multiple shipments. How do I track them?

Check your order status page and any shipping confirmation emails for the tracking details associated with each shipment.

Can't find your order email?

Search your inbox for “The Supply Drop” and check your spam or junk folder. You can also use the sign-in link above to view your orders.
