THE SUPPLY DROP – NO RETURN POLICY

At The Supply Drop, we take pride in delivering high-quality hobby supplies and ensuring all products leave our facility in brand-new, unused condition. Due to the nature of trading card accessories and the standards required to keep them pristine, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to:

  • Top loaders

  • Soft sleeves

  • Magnetic holders

  • Team bags & graded sleeves

  • Storage products

  • Bundled or promotional items

Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and replace the item or provide a solution as needed.

To assist our team, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Sealed Manufacturer Product

Factory-sealed items (blaster boxes, mega boxes, packs, and other sealed trading card products) are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including pull-related dissatisfaction. Manufacturer defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to refusal, an incomplete address, or delivery issues will not be refunded. Reshipment may incur additional shipping charges.
